Welcome to Fitness Edge North
Our aim is to help people embrace a healthier and more physically fit lifestyle. Fitness Edge North, formerly The Fitness Edge of Minnesota, has been helping our clients reach that goal since 2006.
The Fitness Edge North classes focus on core-training to improve balance, stability, core strength, with the added benefit of cardiovascular fitness through interval work. Each hour-long core-training class includes the use of body weight exercises, free weights, stability balls, weighted balls and/or resistance bands. These provide total body sculpting and strengthening. Whether it's Core-Training, Cardio-Kickboxing, Circuit-Training, Pilates or Yoga, our workouts are challenging, varied, interesting and never boring.
