About Our New Name: The Fitness Edge of Minnesota is now Fitness Edge North due to a reorganization of ownership. Same place, same great workout, many of the same instructors. Come check us out!


The Gym

The Fitness Edge North classes focus on core-training to improve balance, stability, core strength, with the added benefit of cardiovascular fitness through interval work. Each hour-long core-training class includes the use of body weight exercises, free weights, stability balls, weighted balls and/or resistance bands.

These provide total body sculpting and strengthening. Whether it's Core-Training, Cardio-Kickboxing, Circuit-Training, Pilates or Yoga, our workouts are challenging, varied, interesting and never boring.
