Turn your body into a fat burning machine while you sculpt your legs, glutes and core muscles in this calorie blasting, high energy workout.

Cardio Core

Combine heart pumping athletic drills with core stabilization, endurance and strength drills for total body cross training…to help you see the six-pack that lies beneath.

Cardio Core Circuit

Our uniquely designed, high energy, exciting and fun circuit class works your whole body and challenges you to reach higher levels of fitness and strength.

Cardio Kickbox Mix

Continual training…fat burning…calorie blasting…everything you need to tone up and slim down. We’ll combine cardio kickboxing, athletic drills, high impact moves and low impact/dynamic moves for one high energy, fun and challenging class!

Cardio Sculpting

Pull out the dumb bells, medicine balls and resistance bands for total body sculpting, while blasting calories and boosting your metabolism. We’ll target the lower body on Tuesdays and upper body on Thursdays.

Cardio/Upper Body

This high energy class targets the upper body and abs in fun and unique ways which will strengthen, tone and challenge your muscles.


Traditional Pilates sculpting and core exercises integrating use of weighted balls, resistance bands and free weights.

Power Yoga

Improve your core strength, flexibility, balance and overall well-being with traditional yoga poses with a power edge.
